SiPD Services, a Laval company, has launched the latest version of the EDI Suite (Electronic Data Interchange) which is now compatible with the latest version of the Acumatica cloud ERP.
This Suite enables companies to easily integrate the sales order model of big businesses and thus, to exchange business documents easily.
This announcement follows the launch of Acumatica Version 5 that took place in Long Beach, California last month and has been formalized by a webinar on March 12th, including a demonstration of the EDI Suite.
In the webinar, there was the simulation of a typical workflow of a client needing the EDI Suite. The simulation covered from receiving the order (EDI 850) to sending the invoice (EDI 810) while dealing the ASN {Advanced Shipping Notice} (EDI 856) and the new features added to the out-of-the-box version of Acumatica : manual packaging of shipments.
