Interview with Gabriel Michaud from Les Services SIPD published in ConnectIT

In the event of the official release of the localized French version of Acumatica Cloud-based ERP adapted for the Quebec market, an interview was realized by Mark Cox from ConnectIT. M. Cox interviewed Ezequiel Steiner, Acumatica’s CEO and Gabriel Michaud, Vice-President and co-owner of Les Services SIPD.

In this interview, M. Steiner reveals the strategy behind Acumatica’s commercialization, which relies exclusively on Value-added resellers such as Les Services SIPD. Furthermore, M. Steiner identifies some of the characteristics of Acumatica Cloud-based ERP, which makes Acumatica different. He gives an example by pointing out the flexibility of deploying Acumatica either on a client-server, or on Microsoft Azure’s Cloud. He also refers to the usability and performance of Acumatica Cloud-based ERP which are comparable or even superior to a traditional client-server based ERP.

Following up is M.  Michaud who describes the French localization steps that had to be done by Les Services SIPD by using Acumatica’s own customization tools included in Acumatica Cloud-based ERP. This was accomplished in hope to better answer the specific needs of Quebec’s market, such as its translation in French.
