Customer Success Manager
Anas joined Les Services SiPD Inc. in 2025 as a Customer Success Manager, bringing with him a strong academic background and extensive hands-on experience. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the School of Management in Montreal, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He applies the concepts and practices acquired during his academic journey with precision and professionalism.

A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Anas has in-depth expertise in data analysis, business process mapping, and team management in the field of customer experience. Energetic, personable, and an excellent negotiator, he knows how to close sales efficiently and effectively.

A passionate traveler, Anas has explored over 10 countries across the Americas, Africa, and Europe. Multilingual, he speaks five languages fluently and enjoys spending quality time with his family. He also practices soccer and taekwondo, in which he holds a red belt.
