A computer science graduate, Issam joined Les Services SiPD Inc. in 2024, drawn by the opportunity to explore a field that was previously unfamiliar to him. The unknown doesn’t intimidate him—on the contrary, it excites him. Finance, a subject that particularly interests him, provides an ideal learning ground where he can combine his technical skills with stimulating challenges. Being an enterprising individual, he views this experience as a valuable opportunity to learn and grow both professionally and personally.

Solidarity is a value close to his heart, and he quickly noticed that the SiPD team shares the same philosophy. Outside of work, he is passionate about sports, particularly football and calisthenics, practicing physical training at least five times a week. He also enjoys solving complex problems and exchanging ideas with his colleagues in small group discussions. He believes that these enriching interactions strengthen team cohesion and fuel their collective creativity.
