A graduate of HEC, Pierre Dussault has worked as an expert in major IT companies such as NEC Computers, Toshiba, Unisys, and IBM. With his experience, Pierre founded Les Services SiPD Inc. in 2002 to equip Quebec’s SMEs with the latest technologies to support their growth. Pierre saw the growing need for cloud ERP as early as 2009 and was in fact the second reseller to sign with Acumatica worldwide and the first reseller outside the United States. He was recognized for this achievement and rewarded with the Acumatica Cloud Visionary Award in 2011.

Therefore, 2009 was a pivotal year for Pierre who bet the future of Les Services SiPD Inc. on Acumatica by investing heavily in the introduction of this cloud ERP in Canada by hiring employees, opening an office and a call center in Laval as well as the Canadian localization and francization of the Acumatica ERP software.

SiPD’s success and international reputation are not due to sales figures, but rather to Pierre’s philosophy, whose values of Service, Integrity, Passion, and Determination can be summed up in one word: quality (hence the SIPD acronym). Recognized as an organization offering the best Acumatica customer service in 2014 and obtaining an Acumatica Excellence Award in 2020, Pierre continues his technological mission with his SME clientele, now international.

His passion for technological advances is not only limited to Acumatica and its two major versions per year – which include integration with Alexa, MS Teams, and artificial intelligence – but is also reflected in the weekly updates of his Tesla as well as in the advanced home automation that the new fully renovated SiPD offices are equipped with. Finally, the new offices will allow Pierre to pursue another of his passions: supporting the growth of the people around him.
