William holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and information technology, as well as a graduate diploma in Information Technologies from HEC Montréal, William has developed solid expertise through various process optimization and solution design projects across multiple industries. His academic and professional background has allowed him to refine his skills in requirements documentation, process improvement, and the development of innovative and creative solutions. Driven by a strong desire for optimization, he places creativity and efficiency at the heart of each of his initiatives.
Outside of work, William enjoys weight training and is an avid hockey fan. Curious and resourceful, he loves exploring world cultures through music and cuisine, and has a keen interest in automotive mechanics, particularly in how components work and interact with one another.
